"No homework during weekends"
This morning June 9, 2014. President Aquino signed the new law that will prevent any Universities on giving assignments and homeworks during weekends.
According to the president, the law will give the students their well-deserved rest after spending the whole week focusing on their studies. Thus giving students more energy and willingness to study during weekdays.
The law will be effective on June 14, any teachers who will give homeworks and assignments during this day will face consequences depends on the new contract that the schools and universities will implement.
