Ayala Center Cebu Released A Statement Regarding The Incident In Cinema 5

The Incident:

Last night, June 15, 2015, the Ayala Center Cebu Cinema 5 was rented exclusively by a private company for a movie screening. Few hours later, water from the ceiling began to pour leading everyone to leave the center area.

After few minutes, the ceiling collapsed. 6 people were injured and was given medical assistance immediately. Fortunately, no one was seriously injured in the incident.

A video captured by Alexis Yap who also uploaded it to Facebook has more than 300K views already. The video can be viewed at the end of this post.

This just in! At Ayala cinema 5!Thank you to all those concerned about our safety. Indeed, it has been a long night for most of us. Was answering calls and messages non-stop right after the incident at Ayala Cinema 5. I'm just grateful that nothing very serious happened to the attendees of the ad campaign launch of crazydomains.com.au. The event started out smoothly until the horror happened. I can only imagine what Mark Evans and his team is going through right now. At the end of the day, no one was seriously hurt and I praise the Lord for that. Thank you Lord Jesus for protecting us all last night. A speedy recovery to those who got hurt and a big thank you too to all the heroes that helped out last night.

A Mysterious Photo Taken From "Birhen sa Simala"

A photo taken from the miraculous "Birhen sa Simala" in Cebu is now making rounds on the social media sites. A nun which has no feet and has a very white face appeared on the background.

Facebook user Anne Rose Monterde uploaded the picture along with the caption saying that while looking at their pictures from Simala, she noticed a nun which has no feet and has a very white face appeared at the background of the photo of her mother in the middle of the church.

"Kay nag.tan.aw kos mga picture gkan mi simala nya ni request ko ni mama na picture sa atubangan ni mama mary nya kay krn pako ka bantay na naay babae nga murag madre or unsa among gi zoom if standy ra ba  wala man tiil og unsa ba na!! Wa mi kahibaw og unsay ma feel namo ron!!"

Jam Sebastian's 'Time' Has Almost Come To An End

Jam Sebastian who is an internet sensation suffered a stage 4 lung cancer. His girlfriend, Mich Liggayu, who is fighting along side with him, already surrendered him to the almighty God a couple of days ago. 

On March 4, Mich Liggayu  announced on her Facebook page that the family of Jam Sebastian already decided and accepted on what will happen today on wards. Mich said that they are just waiting for the medicines of Jam to be finished. 

She quoted on her previous posts, "Pinaka masakit na paghihintay" (The Most Painful Waiting), and asked her fans to thank God that Jam Sebastian will now end his suffering.

14-hour Brownout To Hit Minglanilla, Naga and San Fernando Cebu

Cebu City - Some parts of Minglanilla, Naga, and San Fernando will experience a 14-hour brownout tomorrow, Sunday, March 1, 2015, from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Visayan Electric Company (VECO) announced in its Facebook page that there will be a power service interruption in the said areas. A lot of works in the main lines are required to ensure the quality service of the company. 

The following areas are the following:

San Fernando: Barangays Tinubdan, South Poblacion, North Poblacion, Tananas, San Isidro, Pitalo, Ilaya, Balud, Tonggo, Sangat, Greenhills, Lantawan, Panadtaran, South Poblacion, Tinubdan, Tabionan and Basak.

City of Naga: ENTIRE Barangays South, West & Central Poblacion, Langtad, Inoburan, Tinaan, Naalad, Bairan, Cabungahan, Mainit, Pangdan, Jaguimit, Patag, Lutac, Lanas, Balirong, Alpaco, Mayana, Tagjaguimit, Tangke, Tuyan, Colon, Inayagan, Cantao-an and Cogon

High-school Student Died of Severe Blood Loss After Re-enacting 'Fifty Shades of Grey'

Quezon City - A girl who is a high school student from Quezon City, who is just 14-years old died of severe blood loss after re-enacting the movie Fifty Shades of Grey. Authorities said that the high school students downloaded and watched the said movie and got an idea of the BDSM (Bondage, Discipline, Sadism, Masochism).

The names of the students was kept private because they are still minors. The boyfriend of the girl claimed that they used rubber bands to tie the girl's hands and feet for the game 'Ten-Twenty'. He also admitted that he used a 'Stringray Tail' (locally called 'buntot ng pagi') to whip her and beat her up because he can't find a belt.

The girl suffered deep wounds from the Stringray Tail that causes the severe blood loss, according to the autopsy.

Authorities said that the boy cannot be arrested because he is still a minor, but will undergo a lot of therapy and will stay in hands of the DSWD for some time.

Experts warned the parents to guide their children especially in watching movies that are not suitable for their age.
